We want you and your pup to be completely happy with your Mogu Paws purchase. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging
• The item must not have been chewed, washed or damaged by your pet

How to Return

Email us at hello@mogupaws.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged Items

If you received a defective or damaged item, email us with a photo within 7 days of receiving your order and we will replace it at no extra cost.
